Conference Registration Details

Key registration dates

Early bird rates end at 11:59pm on August 14, 2016
Regular rates end at 11:59pm on October 9, 2016
Late rates end at 11:59pm on October 16, 2016
On-site registration or payments will not be permitted

The full-conference registration fee includes:

Welcome reception (Thu Oct 20)
Daily lunch buffets (Fri Oct 21 and Sat Oct 22)
Gala dinner/party (Sat Oct 22)

Single-day conference registration includes:

lunch only on the day for which you registered

Note: Saturday's single-day registration does not include entrance to the Gala dinner. If you wish to attend, you will need to add-on the Gala to your registration.

Guest registration for social events

Conference attendees' guests are welcomed to join us for the daily lunches and our Saturday Gala dinner. You will need to register them for these meals when you register yourself for the conference and pay the additional costs.

Hotel registration

A block of rooms has been reserved at the conference hotel (Crowne Plaza Dulles Airport Hotel) for attendees from October 17 to October 26, 2016 at a special reduced rate of $119 per night, including free airport shuttle service and free parking onsite.
